From his early days in the kitchens of Beaver Creek, CO, to leading our talented team in Tulsa, Chef Kevin brings passion, creativity, and a hands-on approach to every dish. He thrives on collaboration, ensuring each meal exceeds guest expectations, and shares his love for cooking beyond our doors as a guest chef at local charity galas.
Crystal Dooley brings passion, creativity, and a guest-focused approach to her role as Food & Beverage Manager. With a career in hospitality that began at just 14, she has built a strong foundation in the industry, paired with her background in marketing and management. Crystal has helped to shape memorable experiences through seasonal menus and thoughtfully curated events, always striving to create a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere for every guest.
